From Tiffany at the front desk, to Pamela PA, to "The Doc"....everyone was so nice, inviting and professional. Dr Andrea was incredibly attentative to listening to my health history since I was a new patient. She also gave amazing explanations as to how my body reacts to certain treatments. She was incredible. I HIGHLY recommend this office and staff. Rain.

Office very crowded with people a lot worse off than me. Unfortunately, the girl in the check in could care less. The If it were not for Dr Ogg in the operating room, it would have been a total bust. She is WONDERFUL , so caring and knowledgeable. Unfortunately it did not work. Sigh. C’est la vie. Oh, if the Dr, who is replacing her, well, good luck! Pay Dr Ogg a million bucks to stay. You can not go wrong. Sincerely, Julie Geltz

Dr Murphy is very caring, and recommend. Some Dr Assistants are extremely professional and caring while some are not. Staff is nice, but needs a lot more polishing and caring. At Staff lunch time, they lock the doors and let patients stay out in the hot 🌞 sun. Maybe they can keep doors unlocked, and / or stagger lunch times. Staff also needs major training in returning phone calls and provide proper procedure locations. I travel 50 miles to be a patient of Dr Murphy. The 5 stars I am giving is for the Dr, as for the staff, a 3.

Questions & Answers

They wouldn't give me anything for pain and I'm disabled from chronic pain. They don't seem to care and/or understand. Very dissatisfied!

If this is an Interventional Pain specialist- they typically do not do medications. They do shots and therapy, etc. If you are looking for pain medications, you need to find a Non-Interventional Pain specialist. They are the ones that write scripts.
