The onion rings were old and tasted like they had put them back in the grease. Why cant you ppl just drop fresh onion rings? Hamburger wasnt fresh either. Gross.

I order a double whopper, I pay for a double whopper, then YOU have to put a double whopper IN THE BAG! I know it's a tough concept but that's how it works. Having to drive back to the restaurant to get missing items doesn't cut it anymore. Fast food service in general is a joke nowadays. UPDATE: Went back because my kids wanted it and guess what? Same monkeys giving out incomplete orders. Got all the way home to find out we were missing food AGAIN... if I have to check my food every time then you are obviously paying someone that can't do simple tasks or read competently. Remember "fight for $15?" LMAO Hurry up with the automated food service, this younger generation is worthless.

Bun was stale and my onion ring was only filled about 1/3 of the way and uncooked. No crunch whatsoever. Tell your employees to allow fries and other food to finish cooking. This happens FAR too frequently. Also remind your crew that they need to offer consistent proportions.

I love coming here. For fast food this is easily my favorite place to hit up. I will say they messed my order up as i asked for lettuce, tomatoe, and mayo only but added all this. Its still my go to spot tho. Btw... why dont you do military …
