The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Everyone I interacted with, the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor I saw, Alicia, was super pleasant. They listened to me and took time to explain everything to me. They did the blood work in house, which I didn't expect as I usually get sent to a lab. Will definitely be going back next year, I've been trying to find the right obgyn and this is it.

Nastiest staff I have ever had to dealt with. Their phone line and patient portal are down most of the time. It's either because the office is closed or they just don't want to deal with the patient. I can't figure it out. Dr Goss himself is not very caring either. He couldn't care less when I went in for my annual visit. It was like he's reading off of a script when he was talking to me about my health. They even didn't know that I've taken a blood test which was ordered by Dr Goss and my blood taken in their facility on the same day of the visit. I had to follow up with the result which I was given 3 months later over the phone. I don't even know if they lied about the result because they didn't have it or it was the actual result. Today I called to get my medical record because I'm switching to another OBGYN, the staff, Samantha, picks up the phone, and hangs up in the middle of the conversation when I'm trying to locate the information that I want! She hangs up while I'm talking! Who does that with their patient?!!! Are we just a number to you? What on earth? I had an emergency situation last week when I started bleeding unexpectedly. The nurse takes notes via phone and tells me to go to ER if it got worse. The next day I had a missed call from the facility. I call back 2 minutes later only to learn that the office is closed and the portal is down (this is Friday) which leaves all the door closed to a patient who need emergency access to her doctor. 5 DAYS LATER the nurse calls back, with an attitude, to tell me Dr Goss wants me to take an ultrasound but she's not prepared to book me an emergency appointment. I had to ask for one. Long story short, I've had nothing but over the top disappointing interaction with this facility. Run.

I'm very disappointed with how my care went here. In the beginning everything was good but as soon as I started having complications I could not get ahold of them. I wasn't feeling well during my pregnancy and tried contacting to get a sooner appointment, I wasn't expecting anything back cause it was the weekend. That Monday I ended up having an emergency c section. I kept trying to reach out to the office to let them know what happened, they called back to confirm I had the baby and that was it. I could not get ahold of them again when I needed a post partum appointment to look at my stitches, I finally walked into the office and was able to set up an appointment. Morning of the appointment I get a text message saying that it was canceled and that I need to call to reschedule. Nobody has reached out to me to continue care and they do not answer their calls. The lady at the front desk is amazing, but trying to get in touch with the doctors when you're having complications feels impossible. This was my first pregnancy and I'm very disappointed at the lack of care and communication.

Terrible staff. Zero starts on customer service, Jasmine at the front desk really needs to be re evaluated by management. She doesn’t know which insurances the office takes and had to repeat to her personal information multiple times only to be told by her that she could not book a simple new patient obgyn annual visit because the insurance/billing first has to approve of appointment. Very unprofessional, told my mother not to get upset and when asked why there was such poor communication from her she answers “ this is the way we work in this office “. This was all for a spanish speaking appointment.
