All I can say is, if you have another doctor or doctors office available to you in your Network I would strongly advise going there.

Waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes without being called, when I asked I was told that I was late and I no longer had an appointment. They "squeezed me in" and everything else was fairly unprofessional. Won't be back.

No free...do take patients without insurance....have payment options. Staff is awesome!
$100 for first visit $75 for follows up and you pay for any procedures done in office.
