I’m not understanding why this place is never open, answers the phone or respond to emails. I renewed my car information in February we are in October and police are still telling my my plates are still not coming back and my tags aren’t valid & I can’t get a hold of this place to save my life.

It says they open on Mondays, but I rode my yesterday and they were closed.! COMPLETELY I DONT UNDERSTAND IT.
