Despite the staff being very nice, that's where the redeeming qualities end. I have never stayed at a hotel where the pool was closed to the guests, because someone local was teaching swim lessons. The website said there was a fitness room. That's false. Need an elevator to get to the 2nd floor? Tough luck! The toilets clog very easily. Staff said we were using too much toilet paper. That was also false. They didn't even bring the plunger to us. They made us come to get it in front of everyone who was sitting in the breakfast area. First room they tried to give us stunk. 2nd room stunk a little less, so we took that one. It would help if the smokers would stand further away from the building to ensure that the cigarette smoke doesn't woft into the building.

Rooms are kinda small . We got a hot tub room and the hot tub was located in the bathroom which I didn't like. The pool was nice and warm. Continental breakfast is your usual cereal oatmeal muffins . The staff was super friendly .

We got a hot tub room which was small. The hot tub is in the bathroom which I didn't like . The pool was warm and nice. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean except for the fact they forgot to throw out drinks that was left in the fridge. Nothing fancy

Renovations are needed. Staff was nice. Ice bucket had sticky soda remnants in it. No remote for the TV. One was brought up but it didn’t work. We were moved to another room and told we’d receive 10% off our stay. No refund has been issued yet. Outside doors don’t work well with the card key. One outside door didn’t close all the way.
