Worst drive-thru I have ever had the displeasure of going thru, ordered the food and then had to wait almost 20 minutes to get to cashiers window to pay. I will not ever go to this location ever again.

I only gave it 3 stars mainly because the crew tries their best to make sure everything is right. The manager we encountered both times was extremely rude, it felt like she really didn't value the employees. The quality of the food wasn't bad but hearing a manager scream at the employees really didn't sit well with us.

Absolutely the worst drive-thru experience ever. I waited 20 minutes to get to the window for a salad and chili. I paid at the first window, he gave me too much money. I gave the extra back and pulled to the next window. I was handed my chili and was told to pull forward because they had to grill my chicken for my salad. 13 minutes no one had came out to me, it shouldn't take that long. So I went inside and ask where my food was. A girl said no one brought it to you.. Line cook said one sec and cut up chicken and handed me a salad. I said this isn't even what I ordered. Just give me my money back The manager got my cash and never spoke a word to me, not even I'm sorry!!! I left hungry and went home. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT WENDYS AGAIN!

You go to Wendy's and you order bacon and cheddar fries but you do not get bacon and cheddar fries you get fries with bacon and Shredded cheese on top, the same cheese they use on their baked potatoes. They shouldn't get 3 stars they should get 2 for lying to customers I throwed my money away if I order Something with cheddar on it, it should have cheddar not American or whatever that is. All they have to do is tell the customer they are out of the cheese.
