Pleasant visit, however, have been waiting for over a week to get information on having a lung biopsy scheduled. Have made two phone calls as follow up and still have heard nothing.

This place is horrible. Would have given it zero stars if I could. Called for appointment and was told they don’t do “same day” appointments even though I was at urgent care the night before. Scheduled appointment for the following Monday because there was a cancellation and after driving 45 minutes at 8:30am for that appointment, was told I don’t have an appointment for that day. The receptionist could care less about someone in their office having scheduled the wrong day or even if I was feeling okay. I love Dr Mardones but this office is terrible!

I was sent by Dr. Bearison to get bloodwork done and received a call from them saying that I needed to come in to the office to discuss some concerns about my results. They wouldn't disclose why I needed to come in, just that it had to be in person. I was very concerned by this and asked when there was an opening for an appointment, and I was told that this specific person was not capable of scheduling appointments and that I'd need to call back to schedule with someone else. I hung up and immediately called back to schedule, but I received a voice-mail message to leave my information and that they'd call me back. I did this but didn't hear back from them for a week (I have tried to call to schedule appointments with them for other reasons in the past and have never had someone actually answer the phone. In the past, they ignored 3 or 4 messages I had left, never calling me back, and I actually had to go into the office to schedule). A week later, I tried to call again and received the voice-mail message once again. Finally, I got a call back several days later to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks out. When I went for the appointment, I was told that my bloodwork was normal, and they had no idea why I was told to come in because everything they were telling me could have been said over the phone. Then upon leaving, they tried to charge me $30 for the in office visit. I am really not impressed to say the least.
