Used to be great, they have really gone down hill the last 4-5 years. I placed an order on their website and it took them a WEEK just to process the order. I understand if things are backed up right now due to COVID-19 but hey, maybe state that when we place the order rather than waiting a week. Used to be able to walk in and buy what we need, now they have very few stuff in stock and when you ask for something, nobody knows. Told Sue my complaints about staff not caring and she said she doesn't know who I'm talking to because she cares. Apparently "customer is always right" is not a factor here. I work with customers and would never treat them like this. I am not the only person having issues - almost everyone I talk to says Shetler Printing is not what it used to be.
