This location took my daughters blood work on 8/6 and has yet to send results. Now it is saying the location is closed down when you call??? this is ridiculous.

I need the fax number for the quest diagnostic off of Route 312 in Saint Augustine that’s the north one fax number please for my doctor can send over the blood work
My experience has been within 48 hours.
They take pretty much any insurance I believe, but I would call em to be certain.
They close at 3pm monday through Friday. 7-11 on Saturday. Closed sunday.
I know with quest you can set up an account and quest can post your results to you as well.
I have gone there twice with orders that are a couple of months old. My dr gives me the order at my appointment for blood tests to be done a week before my follow up appointment 4 months later and quest has always taken it
