I arrived as a ‘walk-in’, with the understanding that those with appointments would be seen first. I checked in using the kiosk, and my estimated wait time was 14 minutes. 40 minutes into my wait, others started complaining, saying they had appointments scheduled, but had been waiting at least as long as I was. The receptionist tried talking her way out of the mess, but she couldn’t, so they just started taking people in regardless of their position in the queue. And some of them had walked in just minutes prior to that. It was very disorganized, and the receptionist made very little effort to straighten out the scheduling disaster. One woman started complaining about the wait time just moments after arriving and being told it would be a bit of a wait. So the receptionist decided to take her in right away. After waiting for about an hour and a half, I just left. What a terrible way to run an office. I will never return to that location again.

We had to take my 10m old to Quest for blood work and I just want to say we are SO impressed with them! We went to the one at 21 Hospital Dr in Palm Coast. I’ve been to Quest for blood work myself before, but was really hesitant to take my little guy. Even at Arnold Palmer Hospital they took 3 tries to stick my little guy. The lady who took his blood at Quest got him first try! I don’t know her name, but I know they said they try to give any pediatric patients to her. Would highly recommend!

When Karen, the supervisor was there it was great. I really haven't had any issues with this place other than getting stuck 3 times by one person. That's when Karen, supervisor took over. I always make my appointment online and it's a smooth process.
