have enjoyed our stay at Kingston. We've been here 6 years and lived here previously for 2 years. There is more space and amenities than many other communities. We have a parking pad, a large enclosed yard (end unit), a microwave, dishwasher, a well as a washer and dryer. There is also a playground less than a block away. The bedroom sizes and closet space are decent. The unit is in good condition. The community is fairly quiet and safe. We speak with many of our neighbors and most people are respectful of others. It's not perfect, but it's a good community especially for families with children of any age.
