No where is 24hours anymore so options are not the best this time of night, but came here and the fries were soggy and wet 😔 and the burger is red and bloody.. I guess there just trying to get through the line and not cooking the food properly. Don't have time to go back so it is what it is.

If I could give it no stars I would. AVOID THIS MCDONALDS. Ordered and they gave us diet drinks and a sprite that did not taste right. Went back and they were not kind. Was asked why instead of fixing it. When I requested again for my drinks to be fixed. They only fixed my diets to regular and refused to fix my sprite. Really disappointed in the customer service here.

I have meant to give two thumbs up to this McDonalds for a long time! The owner has the very best McDys. I have been to others in Portland and lots of places including Mexico. I have never had a wrong order or a bad cheeseburger etc here ! For many years! Congratulations, 4th Plain!

I have finally had enough from this location, if I could rate lower I would. The McDonald’s on fourth plain is absolutely terrible. I can forgive a wrong order once in a while I know it happens but EVERY time? It’s obvious that no one there cares about what they are doing. I can’t even call to complain because they hardly answer the phone and when they do the person on the other end clearly can’t be bothered with what they did wrong. It’s not worth the trouble of having to go back every time just to get what you originally ordered and I have had it. Do not go to this location and save yourself the hassle.

I have never had to waite for my order there
McDonald's is always super busy, as a former manager there, sometimes it's hard to get to the phone, employees don't show up, then the manager is working in that area. They are the only ones that answer the phone. Don't take it personal, cause it's not. They are just trying to keep the store running. A lot of times they are working multiple positions. Hope you finally got your food
Don't know but probably 6ft social distancing, wearing a mask and washing hands frequently. Basically same guidelines that's is observed EVERYWHERE!
Restrooms in restaurants should be reserved for patrons and employees only. The state government should place and maintain portable restrooms within a half mile of all populated areas 😝
