I must give 5 stars. I went to one cleaners this morning that claimed to do same day , only to be told they had to stop doing that when I arrived. The young lady recommended Gem and told me to call since it was almost 9am. I spoke with Brian and he took on trying to get the dye on my coat from how it was shipped. He wasn’t sure if it would work but promised to try. I picked it up and was so grateful! He did an amazing job and the coat looks great. I needed this for a show in another city the next day. Thank you Brian!

I have been using them for years and they have never lost or damaged my clothing. My clothes are always perfect, their pricing is reasonable and the customer service is outstanding.

I never put leather in but out of about 20 shirts they messed up 2 of them I would definitely suggest finding a specialist
Depends on what yoir having cleaned or how much. I do not remember exactly. I would call. I jad some corsets and medieval style clothing done there.
