Chophouse cheeseburger was absolutely disappointing. One small onion ring in the middle of the dry burger. We are from out of town. We will not revisit this again. You need better speakers too.

It's ok. I have not been back since the staff thinks it's customary to round up my dollar amount and keep my change.
I'd say the parking lot is usually half to a little over half full every time I've been. Always good, prompt service in my opinion.
Skating of employees is not mandatory, but with that said, I frequently see some of them donning skates when we visit.
