The staff is helpful and caring and professional. The facility is very clean and roomy. I was taken back to see the doctor right away. She was thorough and got me on the medication I needed to get well. They took my insurance and it covered the visit in full. I would use them again and recommend them.

Medical assistant did not communicate with doctor my allergies. Was prescribed an antibiotic I'm allergic too. Woman at front desk stated that "I never told anyone my allergies" Which was unprofessional and untrue. She also seemed unhappy I was unable to fill out prior paperwork despite me sharing with her that their website was not working and she mumbled under her breath. On top of that, both of my prescriptions were sent to two different places for unknown reasons. Secondly, one of these locations for the prescription pickup was all the way out on Lorraine road (Publix) instead of University Pkwy in my neck of the woods if needed AND one at Walmart? Even though it was clear that they need to be picked up at Walmart due to my insurance? Never received the second prescription, btw. Definitely not returning here!

Facility was incredibly clean and staff was very kind and professional. I waited for slightly longer than anticipated considering I made an appointment and there was not anyone else in the waiting room when I arrived. The PA I saw made up for it by how kind, knowledgeable, and efficient she was. I'm glad to have a good facility like this close to home I just wish my wait time was shorter.
