Great staff - knowledgeable and they explain and document everything well. The only bike shop in the area that I will use. Great product lineup, excellent mechanics and techs. Chris is a real pro and has always treated me well. They are also great at helping with warranty issues with Specialized.

We do not currently offer bike rentals.
You should call them directly. They do service but they're backed up a couple of weeks for major service. A flat tire, however, could be fixed while you wait.
Sam- Yes, we can fix flat bike tires. Feel free to swing by at your convenience and we can service your bike!
Ask for Ryan, he is typically there daily. Its been along time but rentals are typically kept in back
