Made a point to get here on time - 90 minutes prior to posted closing time on Sunday September 11. Online showed this site available for walkins—checked it repeatedly on our drive over. As we walked in the door we were told they weren’t taking any patients due to being “understaffed”. Absolutely unacceptable. If you are not sufficiently staffed, you shouldn’t be open for business. Front desk receptionist was rude and abrupt, and ZERO care that my spouse was in pain and in need of urgent care. Do better. You are in healthCARE.

Ver well kept facilities. Accepts walk ins with an easy way to check in at a digital front desk. Recommended.

I called and they said they are open until 9pm with their last walk-in at 8:30pm. I walked in at 8pm on the dot and the lady told me they aren’t taking anymore walk ins. Unbelievable. Don’t bother with this Urgent Care.

There is fee if your insurance does not cover. You can just show up.
It should be free regardless of insurance. If you have insurance, they'll ask for pictures of your insurance card and charge the insurance. Otherwise, uninsured patients are covered by a government program.
Im not sure. You can call them. I have Kaiser. They are really great & tentative. I hope they do accept Medi-Cal
