The staff is amazing the managers where very sweet and the cast was amazing i do want to note there was a specific employee who was super sweet and it was really cool he was a twin he was our party host and he just made our visit special can someone make sure Noah gets praise and recognition for having such an amazing attitude when it came to us changing our order adding children and gave such amazing birthday show we will definitely recommend him to our friends if they are to have parties at this location

Great place to take the kids for some fun when it's too hot to be outside. The employees are very welcoming, tables and floor a well as games, restrooms and cashier/ prize counter are always clean, the food (pizza!) is delicious.. and it's rarely crowded so you and the family will have plenty of time with all the games! Love it, can't wait to go back!!

Food was good, kids had fun, food came out fast (props to the kitchen crew), but left disappointed to the lack of customer service at the counter and front in general due to short staff. We walked out without anyone checking the hand stamps to validate us and our children which was our biggest concern.
