Decent company, management (Eddie) floor management will over work you and for some strange reason likes to chew invisible gum a lot. Recommend drug testing him on a weekly basis. If they know you don't understand/speak Spanish they will talk trash about you while you stand next to them(personal experience). Like I said terrible management. Decent company will under pay the workers for the work you do. I ran a machine that was ment to have a pay rate of 21. Never got near that pay rate as I brought up the company from being behind a month to being ahead 2 weeks to realizing they don't promote efficient workers.

One of their workers sells canna clones. Ask who. Lotta covid cases out this shop. Many fired or layed off. Now lawsuits
