State Street Amps. Coffee is killer! Not my favorite place to hang inside but the outside offers a scenic view of the capitol building and the river. Parking can be tricky depending on when you come.

The apple pop tart was delicious, the barista was professional and friendly, and the ambiance was very inviting and relaxing, but... the espresso was not very good, it had a sour taste to it.
