The customer service could use some work. However, they are the best place for me to get Cooper tires. They had Buy 1 get One Free with installation. Check out there website for coupons. The one in Newark, Delaware is closed down. So I came to the one in Bear, Delaware.

I always read reviews but since all I needed was windshield wipers I didnt read them. I walked in to buy two windshield wipers for my car. I wasn't sure which ones I needed so all I needed was someone to help me . I was the only one waiting for help. There were two men standing behind the counter and not one of them asked if I needed help. I ended up leaving and I want ro thank them both for not helping me because the ones they were selling were almost twice as much as the ones I purchased somewhere else. The same name brand. . I might mention as soon as iI walked in the door of the other store they asked if I needed help.

Called to ask if I can mount my summer tires that they took off last year and the guy said “no, we don’t do that” .. then hung up. I called him again and the guy started SCREAMING as if something got stuck in his stuff. I still can’t believe that this is real and how I was insulted for calling.
