Saw a commercial on tv. Drove over and the manager wouldn't honor the commercial price. Said l had to download the app and order through the app to get the advertised price. The commercial didn't say that. I only drove over 10 minutes because of the commercial. I will spread the word if my experience to everyone who will listen. That's why never eat at Popeyes. The worse experience ever. Thumbs dowb

So I placed an order for delivery and they had forgotten to give me my 2 large sides (the whole purpose of paying 6 dollars for delivery was so I didn’t have to go to the restaurant ) so I sent my fiancé to go get the sides bc I could no longer contact the delivery driver when we got there they refused to give us the large sides THEY forgot to pack yet charged me for them , we showed them proof of the receipt and they still denied to give us our sides even after seeing they charged me for it.

This is the worst Popeyes restaurant in over 10 states that I have ever lived in. Every time we order food something is missing or something is wrong. There is no quality control whatsoever. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Do not waste your money here. Order from somewhere else until they get better management.

The location isn't great but the staff was friendly and helpful. We went on a slow Saturday afternoon, and were served quickly and efficiently. The store is clean and orderly, but there's no drive-through, so it's a little hassle to get in and out.
