This is the rudest store ever shopped in. The day manager is not fit for her job. Young female cashiers are not friendly and don't know how to pack bags properly. Seniors are rudely treated and are often made to put their bags in carts themselves. Shopping here is no longer acceptable. Gas points are not worth it or is 1st Tuesday. Treat me badly, lose a customer. Wegmans across the street is much friendlier especially the young people. Guess I'll be going there from now on.

Due to customer service issues, I stopped shopping at the Transit and French location. This after contacting corporate and the issue still remained at that store. Today at the Orchard Park Rd. location which I had switched to, I received the same unprofessional interaction with their employees. It's like they can't be bothered to help the customers in their stores. After reading some of the reviews, I see I'm not alone.

Writing this review for myself and my mother in law, she ordered a cake for a retirement party and it was subpar at best, the writing was sloppy and it just wasn’t doable. SO the manager, Steve took one look at it and said no way are you taking that cake to a party. And he offered instead a giant themed balloon, and a beautiful platter of cupcakes on the spot. They were perfect as it was short notice and no time to make another one. That being said they really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for this party and that we were satisfied. Awesome customer service, super friendly and helpful! Very much appreciated!!
