I’m being shopping from value city for longest time. They have beautiful furnitures. Sales man Paul is great help. He always gave me best deal. Anytime I asked for any kind of accommodation, they consider and adjust accordingly. They don’t pressure you to buy anything they just let you choose what you like. Great service!

Totally agree. Still waiting for the couch cushion that was placed on back order this past February. Every time I call, I get the same answer. We'll look for it and call you back. No call back. Sometimes, I'm just placed on hold without anyone even answering the phone. Other times, when I get through, not only is the person incredibility rude, but they can't find it. Disappointed.
