Was very pleased to find clean, modern, recently updated rooms and fantastic customer service. A young man named Carl was at the front desk when I checked in. He was very welcoming & personable, also knowledgeable about the local area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and even though the hotel was nice we did not have a great experience. The hotel charged my account over $1,200 and I've called multiple times and I've spoken to the manager Roberto and the Assistant manager Maria and nothing has been resolved. I have emailed Roberto multiple times with no response and when we spoke last week he said I would be getting my refund back and he would also take a night off my bill for the inconvenience. So far all I've gotten is a refund for $500 which isn't the correct amount and no night was taken off my bill like he said it would be. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it was a small amount that was taken out of my account but it was over $1,200 and my bank charged me an overdraft fee and when I spoke to Roberto and told him this he said "oh sorry that's something you can take up with your bank". I am very upset at the bad customer service this place has to offer.

We had a ground floor room, yay, but we asked twice, in the 3 days we stayed there, to have maint fix the bathroom door knob, and no one ever came. If you ever stay at this location, DO NOT STAY IN RM 123--the bathroom door doesn't lock or even close properly. Even if you are alone, its nice to know the bathroom door closes.

The customer service here is excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Amy assisted me with check-in and was outstanding! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious, and the area was very clean. The room was also very clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was very spacious.
