Made the trek out here early on a Saturday. After an hour and a half of waiting I just left. It’s a Saturday. You should have sales people begging to help me the moment I walk in. The old people ahead of me got service within half an hour though. So I think there’s some sort of discrimination going on. Went down the street to BMW and was helped right away.

We do not have drive through service but we do have express service for oil changes. No appointment necessary.

Masks are required for customers and our team members, we have protective shields at each transaction location, we offer contactless interactions, we disinfect everywhere nightly and customer touch points throughout the day. In addition, protective seat and steering wheel covers are utilized by our service department in every vehicle left in our care. Vehicles are also disinfected after every test drive. We also offer a 100% online sales transaction and home delivery. If special requests are made, we will do our best to accommodate.
Anne, you can contact Subaru Roadside Assistance at 800-261-2155 who can assist you in getting your vehicle running. If you do in fact need a new battery, our express service can replace it and no appointment is necessary to do that.

Joe, thank you for your inquiry. The oil change, using full synthetic oil, is $59.95 and the tire rotation is $15. We will also perform a complimentary multi-point inspection on the rest of the vehicle and provide give you a complimentary exterior car wash. No appointment is necessary to have this work done, so you can come at your convenience.
Shop around, and get your trade valued to make sure you arent leaving that on the table. I shop around an unreasonable amount and I still ended up buying from Glanzmann this year, but there were times I bought from two others and Glanzmann coukdnt compete. The market changes, people change. Be assertive.
