The service was great! Just my iced coffee tastes water down, I'm just use to the stronger iced coffee! Been to this location a few years ago and it was fabulous for me!

I’ve never visited this location as I live too far. However, the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed by a young lady with braces and a friendly smile. Then as I approached the order counter another lady with short hair was making another drink. Although she couldn’t immediately take my order, she acknowledged my presence. This awesome service trickled all the way to the guy who gave me my oatmeal. Thank you all for being phenomenal in every way. This location just needs plenty of prayer. I see the employee turn around is heavy. So I'm not sure if it's management or what. It appears the only coffee that comes hot is Pike. I resulted to asking for steamed cream and the coffee is still warn not hot. I really don't get it. This store is close to my home. But I've resulted to only going if I'm in a hurry. And I never use the drive thru because you definitely might get what they want you to have not what your ordered.SMH

I go here quite often and I never have a problem, went there tonight for a drink and some treats and it was no line and the service was fast. The employees were also nice and polite. only time is hectic is when there’s a long line burn other than that it’s always been pretty good service.
