Anyone who is looking for a storage unit, do not consider The Storage Mall. They will continue to increase prices and not do anything to update the units, plow your unit in so you cannot get to it, and will continue to take your money after you cleared your unit out. Not a good place to keep your stuff if that's how they do business and 'maintain' their facilities.

My daughter is renting a storage shed. The account is wrong, her account is showing she is in one unit but she is actually in a different. The other issue we are having is the gate pin we set is not working. I have tried every pin combination. I was able to use the temporary pin until it changed at the beginning of the month. Now we have a storage shed without access and we are unsure that we won't get locked out of our shed because we are paying for a different shed then we are in. Is there any way to get these issues straightened out, every time she calls she is told that everything is ok but we are paying for the wrong shed and now can't get to it.
