I wanted to shout out Erik Ferris in the service department. I’ve had some unfortunate issues with my tires over the last few months. Just bad luck with pot holes or nails. Erik goes above and beyond every time I come in. He worked with warranty company so I didn't have to and made sure nothing was coming out of pocket. I work multiple jobs and have very little time to be waiting for my car and he’s always super accommodating, always follows through on timelines, and I never have to chase him down for information about my vehicle. Erik and my sales rep Tyler Piscitello are the main reasons I have purchased my last two vehicles with Towne and why I’ll continue buying cars from only you guys. Can’t say enough good things!

I had a wonderful experience with our salesperson Ron and Blaine in finance. My boyfriend had originally gone to a different dealership in the area and had a terrible experience but decided to go look at a car at Towne and within a few minutes Ron greeted us and offered to test drive the car I was interested in. I went in with a bit of a challenging credit history and no history of auto loans but they still helped me secure financing at a monthly payment I’m comfortable with. Even with my credit challenges I was treated with respect the entire time. Ron and Blaine answered all of my questions and were very transparent with me the entire process. I was able to take my car the same day. I highly recommend Towne to anyone looking for a positive vehicle purchasing experience
