I got to ding them with a negative review. The guy who took my copper was unbelievably rude. I asked him a questions about the price of copper + brass and he just refused to answer. He just ignored me. Asked me what my license plate was. Another guy stepped in and answered my question. So at the office I praised the guy who stepped in to answer my q- and reported the other guy for having terrible communication skills and being rude. The office literally didn’t say a word about it. Just said “ok want that all in large bills?” These people are illiterate when it comes to dealing with customers. Im not looking for a fine dining experience- but I’m also not looking to be flatly ignored. I won’t be back.

Yes and no title is ok as long as the car is more than 10 yrs old
No TV's propane tanks fire extinguishers all not allowed but if you got anything that 60 `% metal they will be glad to pay you for it
