After repeating my order and making sure I was understood, the friendly male cashier still got my order wrong and I had to wait after being told to pull up and wait. I didn't mind that but the croissant was hard.

Tried the 2 for $6 Big King Sandwiches. But I wasn't impressed. So I should have went to McDonald's for a Big Mac. Service was fast and pleasant people work there.

Workers are poorly trained. They seem to try their best but they aren't given the resources they need to get the job done. Simple orders get messed up and my food is often stale, but I don't have very many other places to go so I put up with it. The wait is ridiculous. I don't know who the manager is, but this is one of the most ineptly run fast food joints I've seen.

After not having them for a while due to burgers not being as fresh I decided to give them another try. Well I went not once but twice at different occasions then my husband and they did not accept card payments only cash. Who doesn't accept card? I get it if there is issues with the machine but its been months..So we opted for Wendy's even though it was way out of our way. I really do miss the good old fashioned fresh burgers from this place. To bad we always end up getting them elsewhere instead of our city when we do.
