I have only ordered here once and did an online order through the app. It had appeared they did not even start making my order until I had arrived and told them what I was there to pick up. Of course, I understand everyone is short staffed and I was not rude to the staff at all was 30min past my time given for pick up when I got my order. Perhaps an adjustment to the system for ETA for food being ready, or maybe it was just a fluke I'm not sure.

I hit this White Castle every time I’m back home to see mom & dad. Love that I can swing in early in the morning and pick up a case to take back to Wisconsin with me. Employees have always been friendly, get my order going quick, never had any errors, restaurant is clean, & the food delicious as always.

I went here a few months back, ordered the fish filled and when I got home I noticed they didn't give me any tartar sauce. Fine, maybe they forgot. Went again today and AGAIN no tartar sauce for my fish sandwich. What's going on? I can't come here any more. Plus the wait was FOREVER. Never again.

I ordered 4 White Castles with just Ketchup. I got 4 that they scraped off most of the onions, but not all. Kids wouldn't eat them because they had onion on them. The rest of the order was good. Hot and correct.
