This is my favorite and ONLY laundry mat that I wash my clothes at. The machines do a very good job at washing and drying your clothes. They never disappoint :)

It's close to my house but it needs to be kept clean and now almost all the machines are broken and we need everything to be ok

I’ve seen other reviewers referring to hours posted other than what they actually end up being, and the business citing labor shortage as the explanation. Fair enough, though 6 months ago this was an issue I’d hope there would be some resolution. Last night the attendant told me twice they were closing at 11, and I ensured her both times it was ok. I had already paid on 3 machines so not really sure if I had other options. But at 5 minutes to 11, she kept flickering the lights, and leaving me to pack up in the dark. Mind you, I was just securing my clothes at this point and was clearly almost finished. At 3 minutes till, she turned off the lights completely and I ended up ripping my laundry bag trying to rush in the dark, because she was so disrespectful. Never coming back here. Sounds like it may be one employee who feels very secure with her job and has no sense of customer service. Two stars for the experiences prior, which were uneventful and it’s unfortunate that this place is out of my rotation.
