I honestly don’t like that the tip is obligatory if I’m getting the food to go. If I was to eat inside I don’t mind tipping them.

The staff is very friendly! The food is amazing! They give pretty good estimates for call-ins/online orders (15-20 min avg). Heads up: if you try to call in during the lunch hours, you will most likely get a busy signal, at that point you're better off submitting online.

No indoor seating, plexiglass between cashier and customer, no self serve condiments

My food took to long more than 20 minutes been here before takes less time not to happy to wait this long. 3 other people were waiting as well as soon mine came out there’s came out to how is that possible. Smh

That Cancun does not serve friends because you order and up to half an hour they give you your food is not fair. I was better at serving when I was in the kitchen, a slim lady had a good team
