Positive: The front desk was extremely friendly as well as helpful. Much appreciated to be greeted by someone who is warm and who doesn't act like a robot Negative: Breakfast could have been served a little warmer

Positive: Huge room, very comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children plus a big dog. Clean, cozy and spacious ! Negative: Was not told about any pet fee separate from the room fee, even though I called twice to make sure we were all set to bring our dog.

Good clean rooms, quiet and well staffed. Staff was clear about expectations with our large group and was really good at handling them. Breakfast in the morning is nice.

Booked this hotel because it was the closest one to our vacation plans. Advertises a hot tub and pool, the hot tub is covered in plywood and has a table set on it. We stayed for 3 nights and every morning we needed new room keys as the cards would stop unlocking the doors. We then discovered chunks of what appeared to be mold coming out of the ice machines. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly.
