I don't understand why it's mandatory to apply and pay for Healthcare insurance if I'm on disability and can't afford it and then be penalized for it by Social Security in deducting my disability checks for every other month that I don't apply for it after turning 65. I already explained to Medi-care and the SSI office that I already have free Healthcare through the VA and still they keep sending me ads to apply for Healthcare insurance.

They make huge mistakes and when you talk to them you don't get a correct answer and they evade they are horrible and weird؟

They gave wrong information, and cost us time and money. When I called them weeks later to clarify the wrong information, the person told me there was nothing they could do and they proceeded to hang up on me. Unbelievable.

Ami these workers have never helped me, sometimes they deny my son's case and he has special needs, they don't like what they handle. And I don't know what to do, where they can help me

You need to call the local office or the national 800# to ask questions specific to your situation.

I had the same problem I went to office and it only took 10 min and they were able to help me. Best of luck
Yes it is.
It's a scam going around. Report the number is what I've been told to do.
All you need is your identification and their birth certificate or even a Medicaid card. They have a list of documents that can be used as an identifier for them, they give it to you when you ask them what would work.
Well fore it was cause somebody else has my social number. If I was you I would go in and find out.
