Very disappointed of this location specially of the only two people (Guadalupe & Maria) that we directly worked with during my mom’s citizenship case. My mom had already paid her fees and gone to her citizenship appointment but they were requesting of some proof of documents supporting her residency here in the U.S and was asked to submit everything by a certain date. My mom had all the documents requested and just needed help putting together everything so she can send back on time, but she was told by MARIA that there was going to be an additional $200 fee for her to make copies of the documents and she was also having to see IF her coworker (Guadalupe) would have time to help since they were both “very busy” and that they would require 2 weeks for everything to be completed. I contacted other locations and explained my situation and was told that the service would of already been included in the beginning fee and there should have not been any additional fees. Honestly they have the worst customer service attitude i have seen in a “non profit” organization. It’s very sad people like this work in these type of programs seeking personal benefits when they are supposed to help out to the community i am just hoping others can read this and be aware of what kind of people they will be letting “help” with their citizenship process.

It was an outrage against me the way Martha treated me very badly and she does her job in a bad mood, as if she were paying for the service purchased, just as she answers the phone, I don't understand why people like that continue in that type and work If you don't have the patience to attend to people, stay at home.

That food god is good
Hermandad Mexicana is a private organization, but if it is an entity that works with a professionalism in its field, how it is in immigration issues, it showed in the DACA and TPS, also in the Citizenship, what more to say, you can make a Free consultation ... I picked up the phone and called and checked it.
