When a person needs serious help with the process of paper work while being threatened at their home everyday!!! Why is it so hard to get a hold of someone?!?!? To get something done????

First and foremost, Landlords don't do it! Something 8 does not tell you is that when you rent your property through them your property belongs to the County. And you no longer have any say so about. I had to sit by and watch a section 8 tennant destroy my house. Even after I showed her worker ongoing pictures of the damages to the property they protected her.from holes in the walls, roach infestations, oil soaked garage floor and drive way. The tenant was using the walls of the house as incense holders. Destroyed ceiling fans. Didn't pay utilities. And all of this we told section 8 and they did nothing. I tried on 4 different times to evict her, but each time section 8 denied the eviction. Finally 6 months after the enitial attempted eviction the tennants case went to a different worker that allowed the eviction to go through, after 9k dollars worth of damage.section 8 only reimburses 2k. the rest i am out of my pocket on. After the tennant moved out I told her her that I was going to tell her worker of all the damages that she did and she laughed and said that she has been on section 8 for a long time and she knows how they work . Don't rent to any of the tenants, they are the absolute worst. And section 8 Don't care, and they don't answer call, and don't call you back.....the tenants is destroying my home, and had the nerve to ask me to rent to her again.....NEVER again.....save your self the headache and money... rent to a regular tenant.
