Worst haircut experience of my life! After waiting an hour past me check-in time, the so called "barber" did not listen to my requests or input on how I wanted MY hair cut. Instead, he fumbled around dropping his different clippers and complained about his back hurting. I should've walked out when I saw him doing this same thing to the 2 people before me. Instead, I was left with trying to fix the hack job on my own at home for the remainder of the night!

Oh my gosh, Nicole, what a treasure :-) I have baby fine, fluffy silver hair and she did a better than perfect job fixing my 1 year grow out that another really expensive place in the area did to me last year. Very pleasant and skillful Nicole gave be a PERFECT, layered bob haircut for $16 that I paid $50 for a less than good job at a fancy salon. Anyone leaving sour grape reviews for this Great Clips must work at one of those expensive salons. This place is great. My fluffy hair is hard to cut. In and out in 15 minutes, please leave the staff a generous tip because their skill set is better than the expensive places in the area. If you are a busy working professional this is where you want to come. Thank you Nicole and Great Clips Mequon!
