Just returned from an absolutely awful experience at this location. Arrived to find all staff completely absorbed in watching videos on each other’s phones, to the point that I had to ask twice if someone could please take our order. Clearly a major inconvenience. Then another staff member showed up and all of them started doing push-ups in the lobby area of the restaurant. The grand finale was one of the guys going to get his vaping device from the car and gyrating in the window of the store. Won’t be back. Total trash.

Walked in 20 minutes before closing last night. They said there was 20 minute wait, hmmm I don’t think so. No one in shop, obviously they didn’t want to make any more sandwiches twenty minutes before closing.

I managed a Jimmy Johns before. The portions are shorted. They make food wrong. They also lack freshness of their products. I stopped ordering onions because they were always spoiled. Tomatoes were old and lettuce was watery because it was either not kept to temp correctly, or it was old, or a combination of both. When I managed a Jimmy Johns, the store took pride on fresh ingredients and exponential customer service. I work one block away from this store in Mequon. It takes 1 hour - 1 hour and 15 minutes to get one sub. If the food was of better quality, it would be worth the walk but unfortunately it has not proven to be.

Definitely not the fastest location I’ve been to. They took forever even though there was only one person in front of me and nobody was doing any other orders they were just poking around behind the line. Half of the restaurant looks like a storage unit. Could’ve been cleaner. I guess it’s just a new standard.
