So I’ve been coming to the Grafton st location for a while and for the last yr I’ve noticed a lot of broken machines but most of all that bothers me is the employees that do not do their job UNLESS you are a friend of there’s . They don’t pre-wet the cars and if they attempt it it’s beyond done in a lazy way. The attitudes are horrible like you’re bothering them while they sit on the phone or talking to the carbon front of you for 5 min. None of them look happy and I’ve heard many people say they won’t go back. You’re losing business cuz of these 3 dudes down there with the dog . Do you care ??

Well don’t try going to Scrubadub on GRAFTON and expect them to be open during POSTED HOURS maybe another businessman altogether!! Either they’re FILTHY OR as seen in my picture the EMPLOYEE SHUTS DOWN BEFORE 8. Almost 10 full minutes …Hi Phyllis, thank you for your review as our leadership team takes feedback very seriously. After reviewing our security camera footage, we see that one of our new hourly employees did close the location a few minutes before 8pm and we understand how frustrating that must have been for you. Awesome car wash! The guys here are all really helpful. I am always pleased with the looks of my car after I pull out. Domenic signed me up for an unlimited and it’s worth the little bit of money!

Dominique and the team are always fantastic to see and very efficient in expediting the car wash all the time. Glad to have such great service asset to our vehicles in the community. Thanks guys
