A female hairstylist with tattoos on her arms cut my hair today. She did a good job. But she lacks customer service skills.She got snappy with me when she asked if I wanted my haircut with a plastic or metal guard. I answered metal and proceeded to describe how to cut my hair. She interrupted me and went back to asking me about the two types of guards -in detail. I had already answered her so it seemed like she didn’t want me to choose. So I answered the second time for her to choose what she thought beat. At this point she looked visibly upset and it went south. I felt tension so I asked her if this passive aggressive behavior is typical of her with her clients. She then gaslighted me and said I was being rude to her which I found odd bc she didnt accept or hear my first answer and interrupted my answer to “how do I want to cut my hair?” with explaining in needless detail the difference between a plastic and metal guard. So I like this Supercuts but this hairstylist seems to lack patience or peoples skills. And makes you feel uncomfortable if you disagree with her. Needless to say we tried to square it away but she still seemed upset at her own behavior towards me. I know, it doesn’t make sense.

I've never had an issue with this place until the last 2 times we've gone. My son got 2 really bad haircuts. We asked for a 2 on the sides and finger length on top. His hair came out so uneven and choppy and she didn't even bother blending in the sides. We went back today and chose a different stylist and asked for the same haircut he always gets (2 on the sides, finger length on top) this lady gave him a buzz cut. He's so upset that he cried. Never going back and will be canceling my unlimited membership.

Had a hard tike finding the place even thought Google maps got me to the parking lot. The place was dead and the person cutting my hair seemed to want to be somewhere else. The whole time I was in thare I was looking for prices and couldn't see any. The cut was just ok. And then it was 26 bucks. Last time I was in thare it was 15. I probably won't be going back.
