Just bought 30 lbs of dry ice. The Lady that works in the office is fantastic. This company wanted my business and treated me like I'm a $1,000,000 client. I usually buy my dry ice from Smart and Final but they were out of stock. I'm glad I found Rodarte's. They are the best. I don't normally give 5-star reviews. In my mind, if I do that it means there is no room for improvement. From my customer perspective, Rodarte went above and beyond and earned a 5-star rating. When I first called to inquire about the dry ice, the gentleman that I spoke to asked me to give them a call first to be sure there would be someone at the office to help me. That's amazing service.

Checked to see if they would deliver to Beaumont for our building launch and was told they don't serve Beaumont. Yet, directly on their website they say "Our dedicated team delivers ice throughout the communities in the Yucca Valley and Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Cabazon, Beaumont, Mecca, Banning, and more. Let us travel to you!" Guess my order wasn't important enough for them.

Such a wonderful company! We get all our ice bags from them. They usually get here same day. Fast, speedy, affordable. Super friendly too!
