there is NO real bus terminal in Oroville at this time. No place around here. We need one at the old building with all the flag poles on the roof by Staples on Feather River Blvd. Right off the Freeway. It's the Perfect location.

Yes, they are essential although they have stopped traveling to certain destinations. I don't think Oklahoma is one of those that was suspended though. I would check their website.
