No effort in the up keeping of these apartments. Trash is always over filled . un motorized vehicles taking up all parking spots. Vehicles always parked on red zones breaking violations, I cant imagine if there was a fire here how bad it would be for emergency crews to get in here. The landscape is horrible around all the apartments. Front gate has never worked.

So you guys have Gates but anybody can go in. :/ one side of this apartments look good & neat and perfect & the other side looks like shiit why is that.(staff )I hope you guys are bilingual,the public needs to know the exact time to get a hold of you for info & days.Also our family shouldn't be concerned for property if you must hire a security do so.

The first day my dad moved here they stole his tire that he had behind his trunk and weeks after they tried stealing his car. THERE IS NO ROACHES OR BEES !!!! Everthing is good besides the robbing situation but there’s robbers everywhere so you basically can’t do anything about it 🤷🏻♀️

Call the office and let them know you want to be added to the waiting list. Depending on the size of the Apt is the wait time. The Office will give you a website where you add your name on the interest list. I hope that helps.

They have up to four rooms and two baths.
The most important part of that information is to call them if they speak Spanish. I have a friend who lives there 2 rooms for 830 is all that I have in information sorry.
