Love the bank in general, but this has got to be their worst branch. The lines are always long and the staff are painstakingly slow. Also, you can't place a deposit through the ATMs, which is quite inconvenient.

Pretty bad service waited for a full hours and then just got hanged up and the reason for my calling was because I couldn’t use my new debit card so disappointing now i gotta cancel this entire account and go back to bmoHi Eric, if you have a chance can you let us know if you just got your new debit card today? Our card processor informed us this morning that there is a delay for activation in new cards and they are working to resolve this issue. Please let us know if that is the case and we can follow up once we are informed that this delay is resolved.

I love my bank, but it's the only bank I know that the lobby isn't open. That makes the wait time in drive through extremely long. You could wait an hour at times. The bank has a lot of good programs though to help people manage their money.

This location is slow and very unprofessional. We literally waited in the lobby for 90 minutes. I am not impressed at all. I don’t know who made these reviews but it’s inaccurate as heck. The employees are ghetto walking around chit chatting like it’s a social hour. I’m very confused about their code of conduct policies and whether they have any! How do you allow members and potential members to wait this long? I seen 5 people come in and leave right back out because of the wait. If you know the demand is there then supply it. Get it together educators!

You can call Educator's Credit Union. They can give you the FAX # for their bank!!
You can always call them directly to ask, Honestly the only place I know of that you can get documents notarized are check cashing places

I believe that your money is safe at Educators Credit Union. We have been banking there for years. I hope this helps!
You can put your deposit in if they have a outside drop box! I hope this helps!😊
There is a $5 share that they hold as part of a checking account, but that's about it. Other services are usually simply dependant on having a basic account and being in good standing. Terms and conditions etc may apply, it's been forever since I joined.
