I needed a bike helmet for my child. After going to another bike shop and receiving no help, I drove by Bigfoot and stopped in. They were extremely friendly and helpful! They properly fit my child for a helmet, so I decided to buy a new one, too! I am glad I stumbled across this gem!

Great selection and customer service. They got me set up with quad roller skate wheels, bearings, and laces, plus taught me how to change out my wheels and adjust my trucks. Also helped me select my first skateboard. Thank you!

No refund and with a car almost hitting me and hitting my board the omen drop through that costed $126 from the shop broke. Worst service ever! It's not be the stores fault for the board breaking. However the compensation for the product is non existent!!Hi Alex. This is the first that we have heard of your issue with a broken board. Please contact the manufacturer regarding warranty issues.
