I tried to make an order online for a bouquet of flowers, chocolate strawberries and the variety pack of popcorn. The next day I got a phone call that they did not have the bouquet of flowers. I asked if it’s just that one specific bouquet or any flowers at all. They said no flowers at all. They asked if they could replace it with a plushie. I said no that this is going to an adult and that is absolutely not of the same value. The offered for 6 chocolate covered strawberries, but I had already ordered a large amount of chocolate covered strawberries. So I asked for a fruit basket and asked for the product code to look it up to make sure it was of the same value. When my friend received the items, she sent pictures and the fruit cup was so small and absolutely not of the same value if the flowers I had already paid for. Also, the “variety” pack of popcorn only had 2 kinds of popcorn but doubled up. They were it all different kinds. So again another no product issue. Why show it is in stock online if they do not have it. Why not be honest about your stock. I will not be ordering from edible arrangements again. There’s many other local flower shops that offer the same things, better quality, IN STOCK and better pricing. If only I researched this before ordering from edible arrangements then I would not have gone that route

Brought a large basket of mixed chocolate strawberry and pineapple.... it was awful.. strawberries were small and not sweet at all... basket was a lot smaller than pictured. I was very disappointed and will not purchase from edible arrangements again...👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
