I usually am not one for reviews, but I have to as this is probably going to be our companies contracted shoe store. First time visiting these stores as our job company recently ended their contract with another major work shoe company. No customer service what so ever. After walking around for 15 minutes scoping out the varieties they had someone finally came to ask if I needed help after they were done chatting it up. I understand there is more people also shopping for shoes outside of my work company, so sizes might not be available. I asked the young man helping me out if he could check a surrounding store for size and style availability and he didn’t seem too pleased.Ending result he told me just to visit another location that was recently opened and may have more availability. When I checked out the girl ringing me up didn’t even greet me. I was confirming some details the previous associate had given me and I asked her asked about price adjustments if there was another style I was interested in (given we have a certain $ dollar limit) would they be able to honor the rest of the $ not used. She rudely answered “no! Once u use that voucher that’s it!” I wouldn’t have mind if she would had said it in the correct tone. Like I mentioned this was my first time there with them, had no knowledge on the voucher policy. The least she could of done was educate me on the policy with a different attitude.
